THE APARTMENT

About 30 sqm furnished one bedroom apartment offering :

- a living room with a table a desk, chairs and shelves, high speed access to Internet,
- a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with toilet,
- an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electrical burners, a sink, and usual tableware and kitchenware.

Wooden flor in all main rooms, windows giving on a courtyard, therefore the flat is quiet.

Available for 1 or 2 persons, from July 17th to August 31st, 2009,
for rather short term stays - minimum 3 nights.

All-in rates for up to 2 persons :
- 7 nights : 250 + 50 + 35 = 335 euros
- 14 nights : 450 + 80 + 35 = 565 euros
- 21 nights : 600 + 120 + 35 = 755 euros
- 28 nights : 800 + 160 + 35 = 995 euros
- 35 nights : 1000 + 200 + 35 = 1,235 euros

+ Refundable safety deposit as usual in France .
